Oil-Less Appplebread

Dissolve 4 T yeast in 1 C warm water


Peel and core 2 apples; cut in pieces and blend.


Add 4 C warm water


Blend 7-8 C whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt


When yeast dissolved, add another cup warm water.  Add flour; knead.  Raise.  Knead. Raise. Knead into loaves - Back 350 for 1 hour.


This recipe has a couple other variations attached to it, which I will type out over the next couple entries.
