Watergate Cake

1 pkg white cake mix
1 cup club soda
1 pkg pistachio pudding mix
1 cup oil
1/2 cup nuts
3 eggs
Mix well. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Bake in 9 x 12 cake pan or angel food cake pan. Let cool before removing from pan.

Icing:
1 pkg pistachio pudding mix
2 pkgs Dream Whip
1 1/2 cups milk
Beat in a small mixer bowl until fluffy. DON'T OVERBEAT. (As soon as it peaks spread on the cake - if you beat the icing beyond the peak stage it will turn to pudding)

Wish I had a picture of this cake, it sounds like a really pretty cake-inside and out. On the note of pictures. Do you have pictures of yourself cooking? I have searched for some of Grandma cooking, but have not found any. I found some of her raking, smelling roses, climbing trees and smiling with family-which are priceless, but I hoped to find one or two of her with food, either cooking or sitting or something.
