Granola

Stir together in a large bowl:
6-8 cups dry rolled oats
1 1/2 cups wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c Sunflower Seeds
1/8-1/4 c Sesame Seeds
1 1/4 c chopped pecans

Mix together in a large measuring cup:
3/4 c oil
3/4 c honey
1 tsp vanilla

Pour liquids over dry ingredients. Mix well. Back at 275 degrees 20 - 30 mins. Stir after each 10 min baking. Cool and add raisins or other dried fruit.



This recipe says Mary at the top. I assume it is my Aunt Mary although it could be another one.
