Kuchen

Roll sweet dough out to fit pie tins; Let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place; Spread sour cream mixture over dough.
1 cup heavy sour cream
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
dash of salt
Beat until blended.

Place any type of fruit in cream mixture and sprinkle with crumb mixture.
1/4 lb margarine melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
Cut into crumbs

Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Be careful not to run mixture over edges of dough.

This makes enough for 4 Kuchens.


This recipe says it is from Mrs Dickerson. I am guessing that this was my Uncle Richard's mom. I wish I had one of these made right now to eat along with a big glass of milk!
