Noodle Bake

12 oz pkg thin noodles
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c evaporated milk
2 T parsley
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c celery
1 c burger
3/4 sliced olive
1/2 tsp paprika
dash garlic salt
1/2 lb American cheese, sliced thin

cook noodles until just soft, drain
Stir in soup, milk, parsley
Set aside

Saute onions and celery in 1 T margarine
Add burger, onion, paprika and garlic sauce
Cook until heated through, stirring constantly

Place layer of noodle mix in greased casserole
add layer of burger mix, then layer of cheese, continue

Cover and bake 50 min.  Serves 6.

This sounds really good right now.  I love noodles, burger and mushroom soup mixtures. Comfort food. I like to use those "noodles" called dumplings for these too, gives it a lacy texture. This would be an easy one to prepare ahead of time, freeze and pop in the oven on a timed bake.
