2 cups water
1/2 cup garbanzo
1/2 cup cooked rice
2 T sunflower seeds
1 banana
1 1/2 cup oats
Maple flavoring
Bake 7-8 min
Not your usual waffles! This recipe is in my mom's handwriting so I asked her about it. She said that they are good with bananas and peanut butter on them or with syrup. They are pretty packed with protein. She also suggests letting the batter sit for about 10 minutes before "baking" them in the waffle iron.
I assume you put everything in the blender? Sounds like one I could try at my house.
