Scalloped Potatoes

4 c Potatoes - thinly sliced with skins
2 c water
1/2 c clean raw cashews
1/4 c chopped onions
1 tsp salt
Paprika


Place potatoes in baking dish.  Blend cashews in 1 c water until smooth. Add remaining water and other ingredients except paprika.  Blend until smooth.  Pour over potatoes.  Cover and back 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.  Remove cover sprinkle with paprika.  Return to over. Bake until brown.

A vegan version of a popular recipe.  Has anyone made this one?
