Apple Cobbler

1-8 oz pkg biscuits
Separate & place in bottom of baking dish.
Peel, core & slice 2 apples - arrange on top of biscuits.

In sm saucepan bring to a boil, stir constantly:
1/2 c baking soda
1/2 c evap milk
1/2 c dark corn syrup
1/4 c margarine

Pour over apples. Bake @ 375 20-30 min. Top with cream or whipped cream.


Sounds like a good dish for this time of year. It also sounds like it could easily be made in a larger quantity easily.
