Mushroom Nut Roast

1 lb Fresh Mushrooms - Chopped
1 cup chopped Nuts
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Dressing Mix
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 stick butter, melted


Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for one hour.

This is a great roast. The recipe is written by Aunt Kathy, so I am assuming it came from her. It seems to me that Aunt Kathy had a gravy that went over the top of this too.
